A mentorship conference for high school students & undergrads in their early years who are interested in STEM (science, technology, engineering or math).
Activities & tours focus on a breadth of STEM fields, including life sciences, kinesiology, engineering & psychology.
Join us for a day full of interactive tours, workshops, experiments, free food and activities.
Open to all curious minds in grades 9-12 & undergrads interested in STEM! We are inclusive of everyone!

1. Is this conference only for female students, seeing as it's run by the Women in Science & Engineering Initiative?
Absolutely not! All students in grades 9-12 AND undergrads are welcome to the conference! Though our organization's mission is to encourage female participation in STEM, GenSTEM is designed for ALL curious minds!
2. What is the COVID-19 protocol for this event?
We encourage mask-wearing throughout the day when indoors.
3. Do I need to purchase any special equipment or bring any materials?
No! All materials will be provided on campus!
4. Is lunch provided?
Yes! We will be providing lunch for the attendees for free.
